I will have an iui tomorrow! Only downside is Jacob cannot get off for more than 20 min so will not be able to go drop off the sperm to get cleaned. So I will have to take off work a few minutes early on the last day of school...yikes! Luckily my amazing friend will take my kids since hers will have graduated by then and most will leave early. So I will leave around 3 to go to the drs office so it can be washed (just means they will remove any sperm that is not good). Then at 4 I will go in for the procedure! I am kinda nervous but really more about what will happen after. I know my hopes are already up and I was really upset that first month it didn't happen so am nervous that I will be upset again. Hopefully I won't have to worry about it at all because it will work! =)

Ok, those of you who are following and don't know what an iui is its basically artificial insemination. They will take the sperm and clean it removing dead or slow sperm and fluid. Then they will insert it directly into my uterus. They gave me the shot to induce ovulation today and sperm live 24 hours after inserted. And ovulation occurs 24-36 hours after the shot. So hopefully it will work! He said my lining is not what he wants to gave me some estradiol lotion to rub on my arms 2 times tonight and tomorrow morning. The actual procedure takes about 10 minutes from what I have read. The cleaning takes 40 or so which is why I have to be there that much earlier...Here we go!!
